Yeast infection, herpes, and HIV

I've been having chronic yeast infections, and my doctor is recommending tests for diabetes and HIV. I've never been exposed to HIV as far as I know. I was just reading online that the antibodies that build up in your body for herpes can give a positive result on a HIV test. I do get cold sores aka the herpes 1 virus. Can this really affect my HIV test?Would those antibodies coupled with yeast infection make me HIV positive or diagnosed with aids?

Thanks for the reality check, googling health conditions probably wasn't the best idea for me, got me playing what-if!

My doctor just said we are testing for diabetes and HIV through a blood test, I guess to be thorough, so we can rule out/narrow down causes of the yeast infections.  And that just seemed scary, then I read articles about false positives from herpes antibodies, I've had the herpes 1/cold sores my whole life, and that concerned me.  I guess I'm probably just being paranoid.

No and why are you taking an HIV test when you've never had an exposure?

Well, that's a good point, I am just confused about how antibodies from herpes 1 could affect a HIV test. Can they?

You've never had an risk then what is your concern? It has nothing to do with HIV.
