Yeast infection and HIV risk

Dear doctors,

I'm a 30 years heterosexual male from Indonesia....
A couple weeks ago, i had sex with sex worker at spa. The problem is when i had sex with her, i've already got yeast infection on my penis (i am uncircumcised). When i had sex, i used condom and the condom seemed not break.

The only question are :
Do i need to worry about HIV?

Thank you very much

http://www.cdc.gov/condomeffectiveness/latex.htm
Sexually Transmitted Diseases, Including HIV Infection, Latex condoms, when used consistently and correctly, are highly effective in preventing the sexual transmission of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. In addition, consistent and correct use of latex condoms reduces the risk of other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), including diseases transmitted by genital secretions, and to a lesser degree, genital ulcer diseases. Condom use may reduce the risk for genital human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and HPV-associated diseases, e.g., genital warts and cervical cancer.

Laboratory studies have demonstrated that latex condoms provide an essentially impermeable barrier to particles the size of STD pathogens.

Hi Teak, Thanks for your answer. Actually i really don't know whether balanitis or yeast infection on my penis. I really confuse when my doctor said that condom can't prevent HIV transmission. But when i read some topic here, i'd found that if we use condom (condom isn't break) then we should worry on nothing. I hope my doctor was wrong since  there is "black campaign" against effectivity of condom at my country. They said HIV virus can pass through pores at condom.
