a small bump under armpit

Hi,
I have been asking alot of questions lately due to my anxiety and stress related to HIV.
I tested negative after almost 12 weeks, and now i am on anxiety and depression medication from lst two weeks because i started having burning tongue and burning armpits etc.
Yesterday i shaved my armpits and later in the day i noticed a small bump under my right armpit. I am now dead worried and could not sleep even with xanax.
Can someone please advice how and why is this bump created. is this dangerous or related to HIV. please help as i am very worried.

Thanks,
