I know  reservoir at the tip of the condom should not be full of air,but every time I wear the condom it will be full of air first, but this time it didn't happen.

Condoms serve as an impermeable barrier to prevent the exchange of body fluids that transmit the virus. When condoms break, they don't have tiny holes, but they break wide open, which is very hard not to notice.

You were protected against HIV. Testing is not necessary.

PS The reservoir at the tip of the condom should NOT be full of air, it increases the risk of breakage.

If the condom broke, you would have noticed.  Therefore, you had protected sex and were never at risk for contracting HIV.
