I know reservoir at the tip of the condom should not be full of air,but every time I wear the condom it will be full of air first,but this time it didn't happen.

You were protected against HIV. Testing is not necessary.
PS The reservoir at the tip of the condom should NOT be full of air, it increases the risk of breakage.
If the condom broke, you would have noticed. Therefore, you had protected sex and were never at risk for contracting HIV.
