let say that i go for a blood test and for some reason develop a HIV fear that i could get HIV from the hospital so if i get a hiv duo test done at 4 weeks will it be conclusive for this type of exposure
You have been told a thousand times you never had a risk.You don't require testing and your thinking is irrational.
