the first one test at 9 week
second one test at 87 days
risk was umprotected vaginal sex, i penetrate her
coming inside of her
is the test reliable?

No way would they do that. A NEG. test after your 3 month window is game over. You do not have HIV.

oh i forgot to say that all those test i did
was in the same laboratory, dont you think they would just put negative, withou even check the sample blood and just earn the money fast?

Your result is conclusive, you don't have HIV. Now, in the future, use condoms, and you won't have to go through this again.
