Also, do the odds increase significantly if i got an std from the same person, if shes HIV positive?! Because her status to me was No because she told me, but it might as well be unknown! I dont have any symptoms for any STDs but i know that most are asymptomatic! Thanks again.

First of all, Always use a condom if you intend to have sex with sex workers. They might tell you they are clean but they can be in window period without knowing it. Having said that, the chances that you got HIV from the exposure you describe is low. Most sex workers in industrialized countries dont have HIV. Even if she had HIV, the chance that you  acquired it from the exposure you describe  is 1 in 1000.  Your overall odds of getting HIV probably is 1 in 100,000.Get a combo test at 4 weeks or antibody test at 6-8 weeks. If they are negative, then the odd's of you having HIV would be 1 in ten million. If you are not comfortable with those odd's, get an antibody test at 12 weeks.

Odd's are definitely in your favor, however dont forget that there are people who got HIV despite these low odd's. So ALWAYS use condoms.
