The nurse touch the consmetic tips with blood,and continue inject for my child

Today i take my one year son to the community hospital for vaccination, in front of me is a 18months girl, after her vaccination, her mother use cosmetic tips to stop her bleeding. The nurse who injects for my child touch the cosmetic tips ,the consmetic has blood.She do not wash her hand,and coutinue inject for my child. Her hand maybe touch the needle which jnject for my child.I am so worried if the 18monthes girl has HIV,the nurse touch his blood,and then touch the needle,and inject into my child,maybe some blood inject into my child‘s body,Is this a hiv Concern??My chils is so young,he is low immunity.Is it dangerous?

It is no risk...touch would nto transmit HIV
