am i ok???!!!

Hi Dr.
I'm a male 33 years old healthy had a 2 unprotected vaginal intercourse in 2 weeks with a 24 years Ethiopian lady living in Lebanon (not prostitute) I know her for  a year now that looks healthy and never complained of any health issues but last time she had unprotected sex was three years ago with her boyfriend in Ethiopia which she claims that he is clean, and the last time she had std screening was 4 years ago everything was negative...I know it is non-sense for her std screening which is outdated.
I had flue and sore throat even some swollen lymph nodes after 5 weeks of exposure but everyone around me had the flu, and I've lost some weight but maybe from the stress and anxiety I wasn’t eating much...till this day i Don’t feel good with dizziness the whole day and a little sore throat and a swollen lymph node near throat (smoking a lot)
I had HIV p24 Ag + HIV 1-2 by ROCHE in a lab at around 33 days of exposure it was negative and another Elisa HIV 1-2 in another lab at 44 days of exposure it was negative too... do I need any more tests or is it conclusive at this point
Thanks
