am i on higher risk?

im gonna be straight forward, that ive received a lot of oral sex  and a protected sex from prostitutes. And by oral sex i mean unprotected oral sex. I started with the protected sex, which i dont wanna do it anymore because im really anxious about HIV until now, and ill just stay with the oral sex. I havent counted how many times ive received oral sex from prostitutes but what i can say is quite many times. Im not really concerned with herpes because ive never get any symptoms of herpes like burning or blisters or anything (probably just some tingling and slight pain on the tip of my penis which lasts for few days). But what im concerned about is HIV. I know that people say that receiving oral sex is a very low risk for HIV, but what about me who receives oral sex for like, a lot of times and unprotected, AND from prostitutes? Does this increase my risk of getting HIV? Because its been like 8 months since i started to receive unprotected oral sex from and a protected sex prostitutes, and well sometimes i experience the symptoms that i read about HIV like diarrhea, red bumps (idk if its from mosquitos or HIV) , tongue sore for like 2 days then continued with sore throat recently, chills, sometimes fatigue. It's not constant, it comes and goes. I don't know if its anxiety, normal unfit condition, or HIV symptoms. What makes me more anxious about this symptoms is that HIV symptoms (based on what ive read) is that the symptoms show up in form of general unwell condition which very scares me in every ouches or itches i feel. Can somebody explain? Any answer will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Oral sex irrespective of recieving or giving is not a risk.  You never had a risk.
