annilingus or *** licking

At first I would like to give thanks to the Med Help community for giving us such opportunity, which would be really helpful for us. My question is that, is there any risk of HIV or any health problem, if i perform annilingus with my girlfriend? How far is it safe to perform annilingus with a clean ***? Or before doing such action how much clearness is required for my girlfriend's ***?
I am egarly waiting for your valuable answer. bye

Yes it does,,, Time has nothing to do with transmission. It is the mode which counts. And the known mode for HIV transmission is unprotected vaginal or anal sex.

Dear Asif  ! Any kind of oral sex (cunnilingus, "annilingus" or Fellatio) is totally safe from HIV transmission viewpoint. Though one can get other STD's through mouth to genital contact. Cleanliness is a subject of personal preference,, What degree of "cleanliness" you are comfortable with, only you know it better. For a normal healthy couple, daily bath is enough to maintain a reasonable personal hygiene.
