ars symptoms

I know I may get criticised for asking something thats already been asked but I had sexual contact with a masseuse three and ahalf weeks ago and whilst there seemed to be no penetration I was still concerned about exposure to breast milk and vaginal fluids.  Whilst Teak has put my mind at rest on the breast milk, I have still developed muscle pain and a sore throat.  I am encoraged that I seem to have no rash or fever.  However I am worried that some sites suggest that even a sore throat alone can be a sign of developing hiv.  Dr HHH seems to suggest that if fever is not present then there is almost no chance of hiv/ars.  Can anyone explain the conflicting views.  I know my exposure was low risk but am concerned that these symptoms have remained for some weeks now

I appreciate your response and would move on but am concerned by the continual muscle ache and sore throat seeing as these are symptoms of ARS.  Can you not explain that.  I admit there is no fever so should that be enough to rule out infection
