blood drawn with nurse with bloody on hands

A month ago in the emergency room there was a lady that pulled out her iv while being discharged she squirted blood out everywhere on her cloth on the bed on her and the floor. I was a patient next to her and while I was about to get my blood drawn the nurse turned and said oh your bed is not locked to the lady and moved her bloody gown off of the arm of the bed then touched the arm to adjust it up and pressed a lever with her foot to lock the bed in place. She then turned to me and started putting together my needle and withdrew my blood. After she realized what she had done she was transferred to another place I was discharged and given a week supply of truvada plus another drug I don’t remember the name and told to go to the infectious disease department. There they told me don’t worry and stopped my medication even though they know that the lady was HIV positive.

That was on the 24 of November on the 19 or December I started to  have the worst sore throat ever it was in my neck front and back shoulder by my collar bone under my arms and very little in the groin area. It has faded and came back over the last few days but today it was getting worse.

Is it possible that I’m started my acute phase no fever yet no rash but sore throat that feels like stabbing blades in my body with burning sensations. Also some pain that comes and goes in the joints of my body.  Does anyone think since there is a lack of fever and rash this could be ARS or possibly something that is due to the weather change or another matter?

yeah I totally understand your reasoning the doctors all told me chances are slim even though when the nurse touched the bloody bed that a confirmed the person had hiv in it by the patient that bleed everywhere.

Still my lymph nodes are acting up very badly with feelings of stabbing and burning and pressure that is getting worse day by day. just for instance say yes that .01% chance did happen to me.

would I be able to have these symptoms alone during ARS or would I need to have a fever and or rash along with it. im very confused because i've never felt like this its been days now and when I look up swollen lymph nodes it all says HIV or Cancer. and I have weeks to go before I can test. yeah im losing it im taking valium to relax on my mind even in my sleep.
plus I am having muscle pains that come and go in my joints. no fever though or rash but a little fatigued I think from lack of eating and stress.
