blood inside the trousers
Hi, firstly sorry for my poor english. Maybe i had an exposure and i am very anxious about that.
Today i was at a clothing store and i tried trousers, i bought a white one. At home i noticed that INSIDE trousers there were red blood spots. The problem is that i have some cut/wound on my leg (not or slightly bleeding) and i am afraid of the blood came in contact with these wounds and the blood didnt exposed to air enough because it was inside the trousers... is it a risk? (It is sure that it wasnt my blood because the spots location was elsewhere than my cuts) thank you for your help!

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air (clothing, blood, fluids etc. which is not a risk for hiv.) No worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event.

Are you sure that the blood exposed enough to air inside the very skinny jeans to kill the virus? I dont know that the blood was fresh or dried.

This is a very clear-cut no-risk event. You cannot get HIV from blood on clothing, surfaces, other people's skin, water, food, or anything like that.
Do not have unprotected sexual intercourse with someone of unknown HIV status, and do not share intravenous drug needles, and you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.

Hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 risks. Next time you wonder if you had a risk ask yourself if you did any of the 3 and after you answer, "Nope I didn't" tell yourself that you had no risk and stop worrying anymore.
