can a disease have any conflict with an HIV test?

hello i am a 22 year old female....i have been diagnosed with Hpv. i got it on april 2009. i then went to go get tested for HIV on august. now my concern is that i looked up online and see that there were some cases where HIV test wasnt accurate because of cancer and some other diseases that a person had. now that i have HPV can it hide the HIV on a test and show that its negative because it wont be able to detect the HIV due to havin HPV??

Having HPV will not affect your test result.  You are conclusively negative.

You do not need to be concerned about this.  HPV will not have any effect on your test result.   If your result was negative, then it was negative - regardless of HPV infection.
