can i get HIV from this incident?

Hello, Doctor

Sorry this question. I had searched in this forum but i'm still confused. Last week, i went to the cinema. While watching the movie, i felt a little sharp pain on my forefinger. At first, i wasn't worried about hiv so i just rubbed my finger on my shirt and continue to watch the movie.

The problem is when i left the cinema, i noticed few orange or red little spot on my shirt!!(i don't know that it was my blood or i got it from other place before.) i was worried that i would stabbed by a needle on the cinema seat like a rumor i have heard. I don't know that how long hiv can live outside the body and whether i'm at risk or not.

Now, i'm confused because i asked three experts before and they answered that i have No risk because HIV have very very low quality to infect when it's out of human body not like the case of drug users and health care workers. It seems to be good for me to get rid of paranoid feeling but i found a question on my country's red cross forum which is similar to my case(he thought that he was stabbed by a needle on cinema seat like me.) and the official answers that there are some risk if he was bleed. After that, i'm very worried about HIV again and can't do anything because i'm a virgin and never use the drug. I had to be crazy if i infected from this way.

Thank you in advance.
