can the immune system fight HIV?

if someone got infected with HIV, can his immune system fight the virus and clean it(if he doesn't have the
HIV-immunity gene of course) or is it that once HIV invaded your body you will have the virus forever(unless you are on PEP or PrEP)?

There is no cure for HIV.  Once infected, a person will remain infected for life.  There is no immune system function that clears HIV from the body.

At this point, you seem unnaturally obsessed by HIV, asking question after question, about a disease you are highly unlikely to get if you practice proper prevention methods.  Even in the rare event of a condom break, you are highly unlikely to become infected.

Additionally, many of your questions about PrEP, and the persistence of HIV once infected, can be found EASILY in a multitude of online articles.  The questions here are answered by volunteers, and while we are happy to offer help and clarify unclear information, we are not here to answer endless questions that pop into your head, nor to substitute for a simple Google search on your part.
