HIV or NOT?

On Jan. 5th I made a bad judgement call and had an encounter with a transexual from Thailand although she lived in the US for a long time.and the occurrence happened in the US.  I performed 20 seconds of oral on her, she performed about 10 seconds of oral on me.   She continued to masturbate while getting her secretions on me.  She cleaned me up with a paper towel.  I noticed her semen had some blood in it.   She then masturbated me to completion and not sure if she used the same paper towel to clean me up.  A few days later I was paranoid about hiv and messaged her stating you better tell me if you have hiv because im going for a test.   She later stated she went for an hiv test, I guess it was one of those rapid ones, and she confirmed she had hiv. Sounded like a lie as if she already knew because she didnt sound too concerned about her infection.
A week or so later I had gotten a mild sore throat with swollen glands in the neck only, that has continued for about 4 weeks now.   Took an hiv antibody test after 10 days after possible exposure, it was negative.  Took another hiv antibody test after 26 days and it came back negative.   Ive been reading and I know what everyone has been stating about mutual masturbation.  Is my occurrence different?   I dont believe I had a fever.   My symptoms are mostly unilateral but I cant confirm that.  Post nasal drip is present and definitely unilateral hence causing some soreness in the throat.  Took 7 day course of amoxacilin early and it didnt help.  2 weeks later im on another antibiotic and it doesnt seem to be helping but in only halfway through it.
I had a rash but it was more like hives under my chest, boob, area, but i think it was an allergic reaction to cayenne pepper I was taking to help with my blood pressure.   Stopped the cayenne pepper, which also caused the post nasal drip, and the hives went away.  Can anyone offer some reassurance here?  Im on xanax now because i cant sleep because of this.

Let me clarify.  When she cleaned me up she might have wiped the head of my penis with the same paper towel that she used to clean up her secretions.
Are your andwers still the same?

No. The antibody blood test for HIV are specific to a time frame.
Most people dont get tested annually so therefore they dont know they have it for many years later.

I read your original post. You never had an exposure, (not even close) and did not need to test.

10 day hiv test was a routine std test.  Urine and blood.  Believe it was just ELISA.   Test at 26 day was for a life insurance policy, almost definite that was ELISA test also.
Did i have a risk?

You were at no risk even if your partner was HIV positive. If your 26 day was a duo test then rest assured your ok.
