First sorry for my poor English.
on 3rd August I had sex with message girl.
We just started virginal sex 2 minutes. suddenly condom broke I took my penis off Immediately.
my penis maybe expose in her virginal around 5-10 seconds.
After I clean my penis and wear new condom then we finish sex.
I don't have any STD. so My question is will I get HIV?

I'm not sure what a "message girl" is, but I'm going to assume that means she is a sex worker/prostitute. While your risk is actually pretty low, the fact remains that the condom broke and that IS a risk.
I recommend that you test at 28 days post this exposure with a 4th generation DUO test. You stated that apparently at the time you had sex with this woman, you did not have any STD's......unfortunately, you might now. I also recommend you test for those too.

I took MEIA ag/ab at 30days and result is Negative. Is MEIA ag/ab is 4th generation test?
As I search on google. they said 4th generation hiv test is combine ag/ab. Am I right that MEIA ag/ab is 4th generation test?
