condom broke and not notice it. sperm out inside vagina Help :(

Dear my friend,

i have anxiety so much because yesterday i had first time sex with prostitute girls and the condom broke. I am not notice it maybe around 5-8 minutes untill sperm out inside her vagina. She working at one of medium hotel in jakarta and she tell regulary check HIV (she say 3 week ago she just check and the result is negative). I am scared because maybe she infected with another guy before me or she just lying to me.
I ask to management hotel and they tell me all girl is clean and regulary cleaning the vaginal. I dont know they honest or not. Please help me... :(

what the real function of PEP? i read some article about PEP can only effect before 72 hour after exposure. is that right? in my case could someone give me advise that i need PEP or not? Thanks...

so my risk is 1:100 ?? i am very scared if i am infected only from one exposure. i dont want do that again from unknow status woman. please help me any documented from people get hiv from only one exposure? Thanks....

Yes, the odds are in your favor: she might not be lying, being a sex worker she is looking to protect herself from any disease, also transmission female to male is more difficult. Get a DUO test at 4 weeks, and repeat at 12. Definetely that 1:100 is not your risk.

I read many article from my country said that probabilites infected HIV from female (+) to male (-) is 1:100. but fin this forum is 1:2000. which is true ? :(

Yes friend i will take the test, but how about circumcision on my pe**s. is that make the risk lower?? beside that if the result Ab/Ag is negative, could it turn into positive when test after 3 month?? Thx...

Although HIV transmission is not a game of numbers and probabilities, there are odds in your favour. For instance, there is a very strong possibility that she may not be infected, therefore your probability of exposure would drop very significantly. However having said that, the risk is not zero. The only way remains the same, test

Dear friend, how about percentage of my risk? i am very anxienty now, this is my first time and i have problem like this. what i must to do i am very scared.
when i was child i have circumcision on my penis. i read in some articles that reduce the risk of transmission HIV. is that right? thx

Get yourself tested for HIV Ab/Ag after 4 weeks, get a follow up test after 12 weeks of the exposure, collect your conclusive report. Unfortunately, this is the only way to know our post exposure status. Never believe in words.

Condoms provide 100% protection against HIV, if they do not fail during sex, however if they do, a totally protected sex turns otherwise all of a sudden.
