condom slippage penis head covered

I had receptive condom protected anal intercourse .I am bottom. as my partner withdrew the condom had slipped but head was covered .We replaced condom and again on withdrawal the second time , condom slipped again  but head was again covered.He did not ejaculate inside me .could precum have seeped on the shaft and given me HIV risk.condom never slipped off head of his penis both times.How can one avoid condom slippage?

I dont know when slippage occured but when he withdrew both times the head of the penis was still totally COVERED  , any hiv risk?

The condom was slipping off on withdraw there were no risks.

Get condoms that fit correctly and hold onto the condom on withdraw.
