do i have a reason to be worried

Hi everybody!
I am a new mum, just having a newborn baby 4 months old.
I am still breastfeeding him so this might be a reason to be  overworried a bit, and my sense tells me that there is nothing to worry about, but i need someone who has experience in this field to tell me so.
3 weeks ago i was walking with my baby and there was a big amount of broken glass on the sidewalk that we couldn´,t get arround it, so some of the glass penetrated into the rubber wheels of the stroller. I don;t know how long it was there, but it looked like someone smashed a few bottles on purpose, so there could be some blood from cuting themselves.
18 days later i was cleaning stroller wheels wearing rubber gloves. At the time i didnt feel a puncture. Some of the glass that i extracted was left for another 2 days on the floor, and then when i went to pick something up i felt a puncture. I wasn;t wearing gloves at the time. Was i at any risk of HIV transmission if there was HIV+ blood on the glass. I am worried that those pieces  of glass which were penetrated into the rubber was out of air exposure, so the virus could live longer, like inside the needle or syringe. Does it make the difference the fact that when all of this happened it was pretty cold outside because it is winter, can viruses  live longer in such conditions.
Once again, this maybe silly to you, but i need an answer even if you will tell me i am crazy and to get help.
Of course, by this i mean a help from a "loony doc."
Worried mum

“HIV is not transmitted through inanimate objects or environmental surfaces”. That response can't be any clearer.
