i asked two experts in china, they said if the needle was a fresh one, although the syringe was reused, still no risk.i'm highly suspected the nurse was also reused the needle although she said never reused it.

This is two prime examples why you don't want to ask a WW with OCD, advice. You'll get the same response out of them each time. Neither one has a back ground in HIV transmission or testing, but would like to place their obsessions, moral judgments on others that come to the forum. You'll need to over look their responses and either do the research for yourself or contact your local STD clinic or ASO office for advice.

18 weeks sharp, Lizzie. But no logical argument for another disease and exact HIV symptoms. maybe due HBV nothing cures, lymphs and candida.....well,maybe if no antibodies for candida, either for HIV. But lol, I'm not the issue here. What's done is done, my mistake and I've learned to live with it.
I've said it before, HAPPY VALENTINE'S EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!
I wish I had my Valentine too :( :P

Seriously, Teak? how can CDC document the type of exposure causing HIV?
NOT a clue! And also tell that bout no risk in giving oral(precum contains VL) to mu lymphs and candida.....they say protected oral if i could turn back time.....:(

How are they going to document it? think about this and ask yourself if it's worth it to test this THEORY on yourself when the CDC say it's a risk, listen up my friend. I mean think about it like this...if you dates only csw's and you only did oral for 20-25 years how long do you think before your luck runs dry and you catch your death? Wear a condom or find a steady woman....don't risk your health because some guy sitting behind his laptop say what you want to hear. The thing that bothers me most about this is that there are a lot of people doing this with partners in the high risk groups-gay or csw's-those circumstances call for protection 100% of the time without fail and with serious regard for your risk factors.

Go read the "documented" studies.

come on, one mistake and it's that you see! :P
How could you document it???

There has never been a documented case of anyone contracting HIV from oral sex. Peer statements are not documented statements.  When are you going to learn how to spell "blood." You've been here long enough to at least learn how to spell it. Not boold, it's "blood."

for oral sex,i believe Dr. K  (san francisco city clinic)Dr. K is Jeffrey D. Klausner, MD, MPH, a board certified internist and infectious disease specialist. He attended Cornell University Medical College, completed his residency at NYU-Bellevue Hospital Center, earned a Master's in Public Health at Harvard University and worked as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

QUESTION
Why on the STD Risks Chart is herpes the only STD listed that can be contracted from giving oral sex to a woman? Syphilis should be there. Since it's the sore that transmits the bacteria, not ejaculate, it shouldn't matter what body part it comes from. Am I right?

ANSWER
Yes, you are correct. We try to put the risk into the epidemiologic context, i.e., how frequent an STD is seen in the community. Fortunately, syphilis is extremely rare in women and heterosexual men currently in San Francisco, so statistically speaking, syphilis transmission is not likely through oral sex performed on a woman.

But yes, you are technically correct: A woman could have a vaginal chancre that could spread syphilis to another person’s tongue, mouth, etc. and vice versa: A partner could have a lesion on the tongue that could spread syphilis to the vagina during oral sex.

To your health,
Dr. K

GIVING AND RECEIVING ORAL SEX
QUESTION
I was wondering how safe oral sex is -- both giving and receiving.

ANSWER
Questions about oral sex are probably the most common ones we get. In terms of HIV, oral sex both ways is very safe. The University of California San Francisco and the San Francisco Dept. of Public Health just completed a study of men in San Francisco who have only had oral sex and found zero new HIV infections. A very recent study from Spain confirmed earlier studies that oral sex is safe sex in terms of HIV. However, there are case reports and individual experiences that support that HIV can be transmitted through oral sex, although rarely. As far as whether oral sex is riskier if you swallow, truthfully no one really knows.

when i went to test, there was no one extract the boold,i could only guarantee two minutes there was no one test before me.

So what's my fault if those 30% of new infected stated giving oral as major exposure? If they lie, I lie to you too.......who can be sure?! I said the study said, not I say,ok?
BTW: no stated document means you have no way to prove they got infected trough oral, and it's true. Maybe they also did vaginal/anal. No way to proof.
BTW: if it is no risk, then wtf, why do they say it is and that *** and precum in early infection (high VL) can transmit HIV via poor oral health?
Isn't it easier just to claim "no risk"????

Ah, but when the Doc says 6 weeks is cool what do you say then, eh? I disagree, 3 months which is right...Don't pick and choose my friend, this not a salad bar, this is an incurable and irreversible decision. I've seen many people get the shock of there lives on the more trafficed Body forum stating "i only did unprotected oral" plus more than a few on here get dismissed by those in denial or have agendas for wanting people to practice unsafe sex. I have no qualms about telling someone to wear protection-no blood on my hands....

That is the reason that this forum doesn't need yours or chapeau's help. There are no documented studies that claim oral sex caused HIV infection. There has never been a documented case of anyone contracting HIV from ORAL sex. This kind of **** is just plain BS. Now go post it on the Drs. Forum and see the reply that you get. This forum doesn't need or can it help those of you with OCD.

Yeah, when i'm done posting maybe someone who was about to run out and go on an unprotected oral sex spree....weeeeeeeeee, no risk, no worry, no consequences, yaaaaaaaaaaaa no hiv......no stds.......until it's too late my friend. Fair, balanced and a healthy dose of skepticism goes along way to living a long, healthy and fruitful life in my book....

how's that wrong: "my ability to sway certain opinions away from the norm of no-risk, no accountability, no consequences" .
for ex, the giving oral issue is right to treat as risky : gay people in a study (new york study i've read 2months ago) -30% of the newly infected stayed oral sex to be their major exposure. We all know recently (max 30 days) infected people have high VL, and for those with oral health issues as I (sore throat and gingivitis) would be the gap to enter.
So how's chapeau wrong in saying oral sex no risk, even the very modern (6 weeks window) MASS state oral sex as risk. ;)
