doctor suggesting go for hiv test

Hi,

Two days ago i had protected  Vaginal & Unprotected Oral sex with a prostitute of unknown HIV Status. I had french kissed her & licked her vaginal fluid .My mouth health is ok , No bleeding gums. I am bit scared about this HIV THING, Some says HIV can not be transmitted via saliva, whereas some refute this part, I had protected Blowjob, The tow mistakes i had done 1. FRENCH KISS  2. LICKING HER VAGINA .
also even after i ejaculated in condom she was riding me, & for few seconds my ERECTION was retard, though the condom did not slip and i check properly  it was not ripped/broken as well. Her vaginal fluid was all over my testicles as well , after removing condom i washed it from soap and water. I am little paranoid due to the anomalies on internet for HIV , My condom was intact , but  my penis  lower part and testicles were  wet  due to vaginal fluid.

Should i get testd for HIV ? I spoke to one doctor online who is suggesting me to get tested , i am also posting our conversation .

AnxiousNoMore  has answered ALL of your questions and concerns and given you a great deal of additional information regarding your lack of risk for HIV from this exposure. None of us can reassure you any more than he already has. If your paranoia is such that you simply can not accept MedHelps assessment, then get tested.

I know .. man...but all the time i thnk about it...i was regualr to CSW , had brief 3-4 encounters in the last one month and ALL WERE Ps ROTECTED, WITH INTACT CONDOM, IN ONE CASE even i checked  the water test for the condom after i was done.   But internet is completely filled with filth which always confuse  a normal human being....... I am having a very very mild pain near my ear ..front ear only if i press...very mild pain.. but still give me goosebumps about hiv.......... dont know how to pacify myself... i am not having any  rare syptom of fever, diarohhea... etc... but still  very concerned about this...have watched a few vidoes online and even came to know that even if a HIV +  women  are having sex with her -ve partner without condom , as her viral loads are undetectable...... all CSW  with whom i had sex were very young , and dont allow  VAGINAL SEX without condom as this could lead to pregnancy...... still dont know why so fearful about this thing...... just because internet is filed with filth about hiv...
Which of the only 3 risks listed do you feel was your encounter? Otherwise you are just making up your own science which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality.
See a therapist to deal with your anxiety which is a bit of a mental health issue now. you complain about the filth on the internet, yet you keep going there and scare yourself, so that is illogical too.
Head of Penis was covered  in all cases.... condom was intact.... .......just Vaginal Fluid  was all around. in last encounter over testicles  ..... licked vaginal & french kiss thats it... story finished for all encounter.... today my lymph node  above jaw near front ear is paining little bit only after touching /pressing  but still i get feeling about hiv..... :(  sorry for being so paranoid... but dont know why...some says these hiv symptoms appear after 1 year , 5 yr , 10 yr.... so it is obvious it will confuse you and scare you .....btw thanks for comforting me...
Which of the only 3 risks listed do you feel was your encounter? You evaded the question and just repeated what you already posted which is irrelevant.
None of the three....
Then, ONCE AGAIN, our response is that you NEVER had a risk for HIV and it's long past time for you to move on. If your ear is still bothering you, I would urge you to see an ENT as you quite likely have an ear infection, which has NOTHING  to do with HIV. After our assessments for your HIV risk, or lack thereof, and an examination by an ENT, which will also rule out HIV, then I agree with AnxiousNoMore that your next step would be to seek therapy if you are unable to let this go. We can offer you nothing else at this point.

This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk so testing would be a waste of time.
HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
Only the head needs protection so the condom protected you from HIV.
We rely on the opinion of expert doctors so my advice is actually theirs, so we don't pay attention to anyone or anything you find online.
