dyd blood Nasal mucosa hiv

Yesterday, I get me own nose,.then  I find blood on my  finger .but, I carefully check the nose, no nose bleeding, may these blood was others.I and a handshake, his(a gay) hands tied gauze wound . Dry for half an hour the blood (blood is gay) gets on your fingers, I dig the nose with this finger.I have the risk of infection hiv?

help me !! please
