early HIV symptoms ???

hi
my exposure was 4.5 week ago. yesterday i saw white patches or nodules on my swollen tonsils (it never happens before) and it is a early symptom of HIV. i don't have any symptoms like fever, tired feeling,Swollen lymph nodes,Joint and muscle aches, rash.
(i saw from that site http://www.aafp.org/afp/990800ap/990800d.html )

i hope it is not cause of HIV but if it is then what will show 4.5 week HIV  test result ? will it be positive ? if the symptoms are showing it that mean body already produce enough antibody ? today i went for my HIV test and i will get my result tomorrow. my risk is given blow :

i am 22 years old (male) had a unprotected (only one time) vaginal sex with a bar girl in Philippines.i was drank that time so acutely i dint remember how long it was .i never use drugs and no record about blood transfer. This is my 1st time expose with a unknown girl and before coming in Philippines i test my HIV for visa so i know i am clean. After 4 days i test that girl to know her HIV status she is negative, but i learn about window period from internet if she is in window period than i have risk.
sorry for my English that is not my native language.
waiting for kind replay.

Same thing happened to me! on that country too. but i used condom and now waiting for my 3rd month testing both anti-body and PCR testing...

question

Having an anti-body test on the 3rd month is conclusive... what about having a PCR test on the 3rd month? will it be more conclusive?

the only way to know one's status is by testing at the appropriate time...SYMPTOMS dont diagnose hiv.

a test at 3 months post exposure will give you a conclusive result.
