even possible? concern?

i was wondering if its possible to sleep through sex.
To summerize my brothers mate stayed over one night and i get para about rape as iv been raped before. im pretty sure i locked my door but doubt is creeping in. also they were in the next room pretty drunk i woke up hearing his mate bein sick in the bathroom and fell back to sleep also my overprotective dog was in my bed with me me n my bf cant even kiss wi out him barking at him!
do you think its possible a drunk man could have came in my room and raped me in.my sleep without me knowing. i still had my pjs on when i woke up n my dog seemed fine! is this something you csn sleep through
does my concern warrant hiv testing?

I would also like to add i have a 5 -6 week negative test i know this is not conclusive but combined the two i should stop worrying eh?
