fench kissing

i french kissed a girl last night.my lips was dry and i had fever blister just came up that day. i do have cuts in my mouth where i bite on my gums alot. this morning she called me and told me that she was hiv positive and had it for about 8 years. can i get hiv from french kissing? she i be worried and get tested?

You have been advised that kissing is not a risk of HIV transmission.

No it doesn't matter if you have a fever blister on your lips or any other wounds. Kissing is not a risk.

it doesnt matter about the fever blister it was open and my lips is raw? the cuts in my wasnt bleeding

No you cannot contact HIV from French kissing or any type of kissing.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child
