Do I Have HIV? Handjob, bare rubbing, no penetration.

Hey, please read and help me. I also suffer from anxiety so this has been bothering me for a few days now.

About 1.5 weeks ago, I had gone to a erotic massage parlour and had a women give me a handjob and i also rubbed my penis between her *** with no protection, and ejaculated on her lower back/upper *** area.

I have the following symptoms:
• Sore throat / Tight feeling around neck/throat - My sore throat comes and goes like it doesnt feel painful but it hurts once in a while, and there feels like a mucus build up at the back of my throat. The side of my neck, im assuming my lymph nodes are feeling very tense. My tongue also feels very sore and tired as if I've been licking ice cream all day.

•I feel random sharp pains above my pelvis area on both left and right sides. Like a quick sharp pain that doesn't last for more than a few seconds.

I'm really scared and think I've contracted HIV. Please help me :(

Note I did get tested a week ago still waiting on the results. Am I at risk off HIV?

Your question has been fully answered that your activities were not a risk for HIV.  There is really nothing to add to that other than your symptoms are, therefore, not related.  We wish you the best.

It has been about two months now. I’ve been having reoccurring sore throats (getting one again right now, I can feel it), headaches throughout the weeks, not too strong but like there present. I have also gotten patches of red rashes across my body, mainly my upper body. I have also have had tremendous pain on my neck and upper back (assuming it’s a muscle ache, as listed as a symptom for HIV). In addition, I’ve had non stop dihaerra with this. I have also noticed that I am getting very, very exhausted and sleepy mid-day. I’m stressing out, even though you guys said I did have a no-risk situation, I think I might have gotten HIV transmitted.

I am also unaware of my partners HIV status. There was a lot of oil in between our interaction, but her butt crack felt very slimy when I was grinding with her, that was for sure. I also read up that most HIV live in the mucous membranes, so it could have been present there and I got it.

I feel like I should get tested because of these symptoms, what do you guys think?

you already know what we think, there is no need to ask again. you've been advised by multiple members and the answers we give will not change.
You should see a mental health therapist because at this point your anxiety is a bit of a mental illness. You have no medical training so it is unrealistic for you to have so much confidence in your ability to diagnose disease - this should be discussed with the therapist in a one on one, because you are wasting your time going to chat forums hoping someone will agree with your illogical conclusion that you are capable of diagnosing disease. Your problem is not disease, it is fear of disease which is a mental health problem.
Likely most of your "symptoms" are in your imagination from fear but if not, you don't have any medical training so your decision that the symptoms must be due to a disease you are fixated on is unscientific and can only lead you to continue wasting your time living in fear. You are trying to pretend that the only people who get colds have HIV which is very unscientific as well. Sorry to be so blunt with you, but after 2 months of terror, you really need to get some mental health help so you can get away from this make believe HIV life and back to a normal life, and this forum can't provide that.
Could HIV be transmitted in what I had done at all? Like there’s no chance of it at all? I read online that it lives in the mucous membranes and from what I remember 100% the butt crack area was 100% very wet (not the oil). Because if it is, would I not be at risk? I am also getting all these symptoms which relate to it very well and I’ve never had these symptoms come all at once like this before either.

I really do appreciate your guys help. I know I’m going back and forth with this ****, but honestly it means a lot that you guys are responding and helping. I guess I will look into a mental health therapist too. I do suffer from anxiety aside from just this situation too. Thanks in advance sorry for all these questions and hassles.
See the mental health therapist.

Hey I had another question as now it’s been 3.5 weeks since my encounter. I have now gotten patches of itchy rash over my body and a sore throat and I have red spots on the roof of my mouth. I am curious if there was penetration without me knowing let’s say just the tip of my penis (but I doubt it because I don’t think I did) would I be at risk for hiv?
The women was lying down chest down and I was on top of her grinding with her anal area with a lot of oil. At a certain point I was pounding it and I feel like it could have risked me to hiv. Please help

You would have known if you had penetrated.  There is no point in trying to find ways to make this event a risk for HIV, because it WAS NOT.  No idea what is causing your rashes, but HIV rashes aren't itchy anyway.  You don't have symptoms of HIV because you had NO RISK for HIV.  Time to forget about this event and move on.
I don’t think there was penetration, hopefully not but I guess I would know if there was. I am really stressing for no reason I guess. I am experiencing the symptoms and it’s stressing me out. On my palm I am also seeing different patches of red skin as if my palm looks like there is a rash but it isn’t itchy. I have an itchy scalp too. the roof of my mouth is covered with red dots too. Most of these symptoms are occurring 3.5 weeks later and are stressing me out
Your symptoms do not matter, as you have been told they're not related to HIV and you had no risk. My scalp itches from time to time, but it does not mean I have HIV. You are probably looking for stuff to be wrong, and if you look you will find it. Your mind can make you believe you're  feeling a lot of stuff that isn't necessarily happening.
You need to see a therapist because you are too anxious to accept the events that happened. and keep pretending something new might have happened You say you "guess you would know' which isn't correct. You would 100% know, so throwing guess in there is just giving your mind another chance to pretend that something could have gone wrong. We can't keep telling you the obvious, so if you can't accept the obvious, then seek professional help. This is an HIV forum, not an anxiety forum.
Okay thanks guys. I guess I am just over reacting considering there is a 0% chance of me getting HIV according to you guys. Thanks a lot for the help, I really do truely appreciate it and am thankful for it.

your activities are zero risk, and ARS does not appear that quick. the only way an adult can get it is by unprotected vaginal sex, unprotected anal sex, or sharing needles for drugs. anything else you add will not change this being a zero risk. testing was a waste of time, and too soon anyways. a 4th gen duo test is not conclusive until 28 days.

There was no unprotected vaginal/anal sex or sharing needles involved. However, I did put my penis between her *** and there was a lot of oil in between that. Is there no risk for HIV from that? Please let me know, as I am really stressed, i have anxiety as well I believe my symptoms could be from that.
the *** is being censored but I am saying "butt". Also there was no penetration, but I did grind with her butt for a bit.
you already said that in your original question, and i knew what you meant. i can assure you, we all read members questions fully and thoroughly.  as i said earlier, ANYTHING you add will no change your zero risk assessment from me, or anyone here. if you look for symptoms, you will find them. your mind is very powerful, and you admitted you have anxiety. if you stay worried, get help for your anxiety problem.
Ok thanks. I guess it's just my anxiety than, since there was no chance at all of me acquiring HIV through what I described I guess? Is it pointless getting test in a month as well?
You might as well test to see if she made you pregnant.
LOL that made me laugh, so I'll assume that means that I don't have HIV. Thank you so much. I hope whatever these symptoms I'm having go away and were just my anxiety.
of course its pointless I've said zero risk more than once. why would you need to test for something that you had ZERO chance of getting?  I agree with AnxiousNoMore.
