Generalized Lymphadenapathy is defined as enlarged(diagnosed by Dr) lymphnodes in more than 2 places in the body. It may or may NOT occur during ARS. You're asking about a variable . If it were to happen, it may or may NOT happen 2-4 weeks after infection and will persist.

thanks for your reply.
I know that pgl can can begin at anytime during infection, i would like to know what about gl , when it happens in primary hiv. is it true that it begins in second week of the primary illness and what is its duration and affect usually many sites of body??
Fever is a completely non-specific response to viral infection and it's characteristics have no diagnostic value in determining whether someone has HIV or not.
You were already assessed as not having a risk in your previous threads. Thus, I am willing to bet that your motivation here by posting such 'informational' type questions is a back-door attempt at further assurance for the situation that brought you here in the first place.
Your continuing immersion in the subject of HIV symptoms is counter-productive for all concerned. I suggest that you get off this topic and focus your mind on a completely different subject.
thanks for your reply.
However I read in a academic paper in internet which has median duration of illness 14 days and another one 20 days. I suppose that (1-2 weeks) is the minimum limit of this illness.
I read on internet that the diagnosis of hiv often is missed due to the similar symptoms with ''flu''. I cannot understand it because flu like symptoms durate 3-5 days.....if someone has fever for ten days or more should understand that sth more serious it has.
The questions you are asking are hypothetical and variable.
Generally, the majority of people infected experience NO or very mild symptoms that may go overlooked.
If ARS is experienced, it will happen 2-4 weeks after infection, last 1-2 weeks and subside suddenly. Regarding your listed symptoms, some or all may be present in varying degrees( this is why we don't attempt to diagnose HIV through symptoms). PGL ( Persistent generalized lymphadenapathy) can begin at anytime during infection, is generally painless and as the name implies, persistes throughout infection. Usually lessens with HAART or in late disease when immune system becomes severly compromised.

If one gets symptoms they come on 2-4 weeks after infection and last 1-2 weeks.
