guys who are worried..symptoms r never reliable 2 diagnose hiv..

guys,i graduated last year as a doctor.i am working in a hospital.my only interest is i wanna do my further research about hiv/aids.. how crazy i was i couldn't even concentrate upon my studies those tense days. At last few days back with full courage i tested and turned out negative. i had all the symptoms listed in medical book."fever in 4th week, after i used to palpate my lymphnodes which were palpable don't know why still are here,then as soon as fever subsided i started having myalgia for about 2 months which was follwed by arthalgia.i often used to have headache  and diarrhea,.. even fungal infection in mouth" due to antibiotics use..so gyus..i now can't remember all the symptoms that days but it guess i had all of then which you can fing it out in internet...anxiety used to kill me ..i didn't missed my family,life was like blank for me no desires and hopes..so if u are in doubt about  infected by HIV please please get tested don't be in stress..
hiv isn't a easily transformable disease,it is said for unprotected sex the ratio to be infected is 1/1000(it doesn't mean go and practice unsafe sex unless u know the person,life isn't mathematical),fingering even with papercuts,nicks,etc.are i guess not even risk factors... even though sex abstinence is the only way to prevent HIV and STD..no sex no std's..but its kinda in-practical so...
