headaches
I am 22, have never had sex and never done drugs. 3 months ago I was with a guy and he put his finger inside of me. there was some bleeding and I was sore afterwards but the pain went away after a day. a few days later I started feeling sick, naseaus and loss of appetite. i started getting headaches which feels like pulsing on the sides of my head and pressure in the arch of my nose and also occassional sore throats. i have been getting these headaches daily for a few months now. after this experience i also started to experience irregularities in my period and noticed irregular hair growth. my doctor put me on birth control for this. could i have been infected with hiv if he had seamen on his fingers or a cut on his hand? if not is there something else that could be causing this? i have been to many doctors but not tested for stds because we did not have intercourse but i can't help but notice the coincidence of these incidents.

it has been another month now and i am still getting headaches, they seem to be getting somewhat better. But I also feel as if I am experiencing enlarged lymph nodes in my groin area. It feels as if there is a nerve being pinched and it sends a pain down my legs. It also makes me nauseous and I have lost my appetite. could this be caused by a bacterial or vaginal infection. There was a lot of bleeding when he put his finger inside me. But I feel as if a bacterial infection would go away after a few weeks but this whole thing has been lasting for 4 months now and I am really scared.
