help me please

OK so this is all new and confusing to me. Here goes... well my husband was just diagnosed with HIV well actually aids. I am neg but I have doubts either his diagnosis is wrong or I am positive. He walked out on me in may 12 then came home until aug 12 was gone again until Nov 12. I know I'm dumb no need to tell me this but I also know that he was with at least 1 young 21 yr old whom say she loved him after a week lol he is 46...I am 32. We did have sex unprotected and still do. And 3of my test came back neg. The other day on Tues my throat started to hurt I was sore no fever no rash but I'm still coughing some times with phlem my nose is a lil stuffy also... I have been tired for about 4 months now and I am worried but also confused do I have HIV are my test wrong or did the doc make a horrible mistake on my husbands test.... please help me

Apparently he's HIV positive and you need to test and stop having unprotected sex with him.

CD4 is 240. Lymph nodes went diwn . So idk if it was a wb test we are both so confused. As u may be able to tell. He is on atripla now but idk what to do or think

Did he get a confirmed positive Western Blot test?

Oops sorry pressed it by mistake anyway weeks later I got him to go back to counseling n testing they did a mother test still pos  they then made him a doc appt that's when they said the blood test that I had to call for after he was released from hospital showed aids nit HIV loads are over a million

Its confusing he was admitted in the hospital for 5 days doc said his white count was bad then because his lymph nodes where swollen they said lymphoma HIV test was neg then the day they released him they said to call the office in 2days I did they told me to follow up with counseling n testing when we got there it was all HIV stuff on walls they dud a test and he was pos and beyond confused he stormed out the room and said that the hospital doc already said no it was neg I finally calmed him down weeks later

Was his test confirmed by a western blot?

My last test was done last Mon. But we have had sex since then. And we have sex at least 2-3 times a week. We have condoms and we use them but some times we forget and stop to put it on I know we need to be mire careful thus is all so new and after 12 yrs of not using them we forget easily.... is there any possibility that his test are wrong. Can a cd4  count 240 be anything else his load was over a million

If you last test 3 months post exposure then your test was conclusive.
