i had unprotect sex with woman unknown status saveral times
as i remamber last time we had sex at 15/1/2016(i really dont remember but highly in that date)
actually i had protected sex with CSW 2 times in october and november 2015
and i had hiv Ag/Ab screening test(cmia) at 18/4/2016
and came out non reactive
i also test with HBV and syphilis and the result is non reactive tooo

what worry me is the test that i took on 18/04/2016 is less then 12week/3month/84days
is it about 11week++
i did just that one test only
my question is:-

1)do i need to do another test?
2)is my result conclusive?

You test is 100% conclusive if you didnt engage in any other sexual activity during that 11 weeks test.
1 week doesnt matter. If there were antibodies they would had been present but you had no antibodies and that actually good.
YOU ARE HIV NEGATIVE.
Always use a condom and it best to refrain from sex with a person whom you dont know.

Stay safe and dont worry youre hiv negative.

That is a really good plan.  Unless you do drugs, the only HIV worry you will ever have is if you have unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex with someone of unknown or HIV+ status.  Just use a condom for penetration each and every time.

84 days is fine.  If you had HIV, the test would have detected HIV at 84 days . Your result is conclusive and you do NOT need any more tests.
