hi Dr HHH! i'm from vietnam and i need your help..

       dear Dr HHH, i have a question and can you please help me? i had a high risk exposure on Aug 16th 2012 and i've got tested on Nov 19 2012 by Genscreen Method and the result was Negative.....is it conclusive result for my case sir???Please hellp me to clear my concern.......best wish to you Dr!

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

all generation tests are conclusive at 3 months post exposure.

accept your negative status and move on with your life.  YOU DONT HAVE HIV and there is nothing more to add to this post.

  Thanks all, but in vietnam some of test center they say i need to repeat test at 6 months . Can you all help me to clear my mind.........best wish to all of you guys!

No you do not need to retest.

90 Days or 12 weeks is conclusive ... retesting is not required

your test was conclusive...PROVING that you dont have hiv.
