hiv after 11month 15 days

Hello Sir,

   11 Month back i had sex with a very high risk prostitute, my condoms slipped while I was having sex .......only i had sex 2 mint withought condom, after 9 month i god urine infaction and maleria also......during the medication i god my hiv  test in ghana (west africa) it was negetive after 1 month i went for retest for hiv(elisha 1&2) ....also negetive (11 month and 15 days).....

my test done by med lab ghana ltd

am i  100% safe or may be any mistack by labortory?.......

pls advise me  ......i am going for marry after 2 month
