hiv aids anxiety symptom help

i m male 20 yrs old..about 7 weeks back i had oral sex with an escort..i gave her cunnilingus..after cunnilingus i spat on my penis..
what worries me is can the virus be transmitted in this way
from vagina to mouth and then mixed with saliva to penis..
Also there was no vaginal discharge from her vagina it was washed before having sex...

I had no symptom but during 5th week i got slight cold and cough...then chest congestion till 7th week..later i had dry cough
I had no typical ARS symptom like fever rash headache or swollen lymph nodes yet flu like illness mentioned above worries me..WAS I AT RISK AND DO I NEED TESTING...i m really worried i cant sleep...i ve been on antibiotics since 3 days but my cough is not going...

large lymph nodes could be associated to a number of different reason, one being the common cold or flu.see your doctor because it is not related to hiv, because you never had an exposure to hiv.

you displayed no symptoms, you just had a cold,to answer both of your questions, you had no risk of hiv.and no you don,t need to get tested.

Oral sex never poses HIV risk.

Typical ARS symptoms come up 2-4 weeks post-exposure and come all at once, not in batches and your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV.

Stop thinking that you have HIV, you don't have that.
