What you've read applies to infants that have underdeveloped oral muscous membrane. You are an adult, aren't you? Therefore, none of what you have read applies to you. Stop reading information on the internet, it's garbage anyways. No risk, testing is not necessary.
Kissing is never a risk for HIV. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. No one has ever gotten HIV through kissing, not a single documented case. The only ways someone gets HIV is to have unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse with penetration or to share IV drug needles they inject. Having your mouth condition nor drinking alcohol will increase your risk of acquiring HIV.
