hiv in ground beef??
can you get hiv from ground beef i noticed when i got my ground beef out of the fridge it had a hole in it and i tried not to be paranoid so i cooked it and ate it should i be worried?? or would it of died with the temperature change??

even if i handled it while raw?? the meat package did have a whole in it?? i think im super paranoid cause im pregnant for the first time and i want nothing to hurt my baby
