hiv labs

Hey guys. Just wanted to ask a quick question.. i went to the doctor the other day and he took some blood work and hiv test after 2 months post exposure and i was wondering will my 4 weeks post exposure negative result change now? Ive tested twice 2 weeks post exposure and 4 and half weeks. First blood from finger then an oraquick test. Im worried and anxious cause my girlfriend is coughing for like a week now with mild body aches, runny nose off and on and light headaches and chest pain. My risk was applying ointment to a hiv open sore(had gloves on but dont know if there could of been a rip) i have eczema on my hands so sometimes they crack and sadly the person that was hiv positive passed away so my anxiety and stress been through the roof for the past couple months. Please help.
