Condoms are effective

I have asked questions of a previous exposure 3 yrs back and was determined as no risk

But even tjough i have read that condom efficacy is like 70 to 98percent in different studies

These studies are mainly done one sero discordant couples

I have a worry that something wrong can happen

It is time to stop your incessant reading about hiv and see a real doctor if you are still convinced there is something wrong with you, instead of continuing to try to be a doctor.

Condoms can break.  That is the ONLY risk for HIV - if the condom visibly breaks.  Obviously, that did not happen to you, so you were not at risk for HIV.
