hiv scared

hi i had unprotected sex with a lady in april 21,2013 two weeks later my throat has been burning,i have been to the emergency room twice,i received shots but it keep coming back,i have had no fever,no headache,no rash  a small lympe node on my neck,took hiv test yesterday came back neg,

very encouraging @ the seven week negative but remember the test is not totally conclusive until 12 or 13 weeks

3 months post exposure is when you can obtain your conclusive negative test result.
