Good afternoon. I had sexual relations with a call girl while in the Philippines. The condom came off. No clue for how long, probably for about 2 mins to 5 mins on 15 Dec 2012. I also had unprotected oral and protected oral with same girl about 3 weeks later. Around the first week of January some sores showed on my testicles. They were painless, fluidless. They were circular. I had negative hiv antibody test (blood test) on 31 January. Are sores signs of hiv? So scared right now. Thanks.
