hiv test help

Hi, I  just had sex only 1 time in my whole life except with my fiance, that things happen in Dubai with a young  girl (maybe she's a sex trade worker) (Dubai rules is every 3 month HIV testing for getting the residency visa ) ,during vaginal intercourse condom tears, possible exposure less than 10 seconds and immediately stop and pull out and change with the new condom and continue action till end (5 min after that ejaculation is done), after that i go to bathroom and wash my penis with soap and water then peeing and then i asked the girl about her status and she replied that she did test 2 month before to came in to Dubai ,after that i am worrying a little because just with one exposure and condom breaks,,,,,,,finally i decided to get test at 45 days after exposure with
Elisa antibody test, and full hepatitis test, thanks god all of them is non-Reactive ,(date of my test was 1/march/2013)
i am circumcised too.

now i am wondering...is it necessary to re-test again at 90 days ? i heared hiv ab test is accurate after 21 days post exposure, how accurate for 45 days after exposure ?(i'am nervous because this situation happen only one time for me in my sex life with CSW and condom failure just less than 10 sec expose)

please help me.thanks
