how much a 28 days after exposure 4th generation the architect combo non-reactive results are reliable and their is any people tested after 3 months and negative turned into positive.

Cunnilingus does not put you at HIV risk, you are fine. Sexual routes of HIV transmission are unprotected anal and vaginal sex.

thx for your answer, wich means in my case after a low risk (cunnilingus oral sex) and a negative result after 20 and 28 days 4th generation equal 100% non-reactive person.

and the reason of my question is in some other forums they told that oral is a risk and 3 months retest is a must, i believe you but their stories feed my anxiety.

4th Generation HIV Duo (or Combo) test is conclusive after 4 weeks. A standard antibody test is conclusive after 3 months. Your information of turning a 3 month negative test otherwise, is not correct. We have not seen even a 6+ weeks negative antibody test turning positive.
