hiv testing

HELLO does anyone know how acurate those rapid test are for hiv i had one done at the clinic it was a clearview test it took a drop of my blood from my finger and in 15 minutes it came back negative but it was a trainee doing the test he had gloves on but he ran out of the buffer drops they add in the blood and stopped to get a new bottle and continued are those test fool proof ???also the doc took blood from me earlier in the week because my blood cells were low on an earlier draw and the results say hiv 1/2 eia ab screen with reflexes non reactive is that good can they test for that even if i didnt ask thank you

If your test was after 13 weeks post exposure, then you are negative.
