Im a little lost here. Yuo stated that you are in med school and are educated about this stuff then yo ugo on to say that you donated blood at eight weeks and that you were not rejected as a donor. What is wrong with this picture. If you donated blood to use as a testing method is not the correct thing to do especially when a person is in med. school who should know better than to do that. Are you here in the states?

"protected intercourse is very low risk, the odds 1/100000,get rid of your OCD move on."

can you "try" and explain this statement that you made above?

You had protected sex there is no risk for HIV  at all. Unless the condom broke .  You would know if it did ...It is quite possible to get other stds. even though a condom lowers your risk for others ... You dont need to worry bout hiv though

Go see a doctor and have an STD test done. If you do have something you do  not want to pass it to your girlfriend plus then you'll able to say " I got an STD check up to keep myself and my partner safe". Talk to your girlfriend about both of your sexual history so you do not have to worry, She'll think your a stand up guy and care for her safety. Good luck.

First how old are you ddd23? You would know that the condom broke- when it does it tears apart and you would feel the difference. Anything can make unrination hurt thats why you go the doctor to have it checked out.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, OCD, is an anxiety disorder and is characterized by recurrent, unwanted thoughts (obsessions) and/or repetitive behaviors (compulsions). Repetitive behaviors such as handwashing, counting, checking, or cleaning are often performed with the hope of preventing obsessive thoughts or making them go away. Performing these so-called "rituals," however, provides only temporary relief, and not performing them markedly increases anxiety.

Look at what you just said. I was protected so that mean you can rule out HIV. Now for other STD's maybe. Did you receive unprotected oral sex if so then yes you can get an STD. No one here can give you a diagnois so see your health care provider or visit your local health clinic.
