if I have been infected HIV

I went to the hospital to take physicalexamination report  (about HIV)10 days ago ,The result is  normal，but I have put my ears bleed(a little)with my dirty hands during my waiting for the examination report on the blood transfusion branch,where there were a lot of blood bags.can I have been infected HIV?
