im freaking out!

hi Doc and others,
Ok so i had sex (one night stand)in end of March 2007 after that I met a girl and fell in love, she got tested in end June 2007, we were having sex for a about 6-8 weeks un protected. Her results came back negative thank God.
Now we are Jan 2008, and i am going for my tests. I dont have any symptoms, nor do i remember having a fever for more than a day.
Now,(the one night stand) i gave oral sex, and she gave me oral sex, then we had sex with a condom. should i be worried 10 months later? p.s. ive actually gained weight! but i get a rash every once in a while after i workout.
again, should i be worried?

No reason to worry about the episode mentioned above.  Sex with a condom = no risk.  Single episode of oral sex with a female = virtually no risk, basically zero!  If you do not believe me (a HIV- gay male who has dated an HIV+ guy for one year) then check out the numerous replies by the Doctors in the HIV Prevention forum.
