Hiv someone please help

Imagine this:
I had unprotected anal sex on 18.05.18
On 25.05.18 developed nausea.
Day later terrible sore throat with fever of 39.0. Night sweats.
Day later runny stomach for 3 days. Loose stool for a month few times a day. For a month I’m not able to eat due to upset stomach all the time and terrible nause. No vomiting. My sore throat never went way is still here. In the mean time I also had trush in my mouth and cold sore on my lips. I also feel pain in my right armpit.
I’m off work for a month now.
I was hospitalised and nothing was found.

I had pcr done at 15 days negative
I had duo done at 28 days negative
I had duo done at 33 days (in the hospital) negative

I never had nausea in my life not mentioning stomach issues for a month and sore throat with everything else.

I’m so scared.

Hello,
Please note that stress/aniexty can cause such havoc on a persons immune system so much so that it MAY be the cause of many of your health issues. 1. Have  you been losing sleep over this or other life stressors? Has your sleep pattern changed? Sleep is always critical as it allows our bodies to heal themselves in many ways. A lack of sleep can cause sleep deprivation  which brings a host of actual physical and psychological problems with it because your body can't heal without sleep. Stress can cause a person to over eat or under eat. Both also bring their own real health issues. From no appetite to eating everything one can find. depending on what you eat you can end up with a host of not normal bowel movements. Which makes most people worry more. Snacking on high sugar comfort foods or and not properly giving your body the nutrients it needs to fight off simple infections like colds, flu, and other things like a fungal infection like thrush.  Reduce your stress by eating properly, hydrating with water, and get enough sleep. Release the stress and build up your immune system these ways and you'll be mentally clearer and calmer to address this situation.. I'm not a doctor. However i believe  I'm right about what I wrote above because I've had to learn the hard way why my health was going the way it was. May a deep sense of peace fill you now.

I wanted to give a quick update my 6 weeks test was negative.
I will rest my mind on hiv but what can be causing upset stomach nausea and runny stomach for over a month? Saw gastro specialist today but after looking at the tests carried out he is not sure what can cause it. I also had usg done and it’s all clear.
Not knowing what’s going on is not helping. My stomach and loose stool today is so out of control it’s unbelievable.

2 people have told you you are conclusively negative RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING so you need to move on from HIV paranoia because you don't have any medical training and are wasting your time fixating on it. This is an HIV forum so the obvious place for you to go to deal with your non-HIV issues is your doctor who deals in stomach issues - not the HIV forum.
Also see a therapist because it is abnormal to continue testing for HIV which you are already negative for. No one is surprised that your other test is negative except you, and a therapist can help you accept that you are negative.

Sorry you are not feeling well.  While you did have a true risk with unprotected sex, your tests are accurate based on what they were and when you took them.  At this point, you really can rule out HIV from a reason for why you are having the stomach issues and other problems.  HIV isn't diagnosed from symptoms since all of the symptoms people associate with HIV are caused by so many different things as well.  So, doctors rely on tests and time frames of taking them.

One time unprotected sex is low risk and believe it or not, HIV is much harder to contract than people think.  At this point, there is no reason to suspect you have HIV.

A gastroenterologist may be good to discuss the GI issues you are having.  And remember, stress and anxiety really can cause a lot of physical symptoms.  Hope you feel better soon.

Oh, and wanted to say that DUO is accurate at 28 days.   Your tests are solid and conclusive.  Hope this helps.
I hope this is true and I will get well soon. Thank your for such reassuring statement
It's true.  Your tests are accurate and conclusive.  Take care.

Your test has shown that you are conclusively negative so you need to move on from HIV fears.
Disease doesn't follow fixed patterns (otherwise people would never pick up new diseases or conditions for their entire life) so your claim that you never had nausea or sore throat before does not make any point. You interact with others who cough on your lips and door knobs, so in fact cold and flu are to be expected at any time.
Since you don't have HIV, you need to work with your doctor on whatever mental or physical issue has kept you from work - a forum can't diagnose that.
The fact "I was hospitalized and nothing was found." makes me wonder if they told you that you have a mental issue like anxiety instead, but you didn't elaborate?

I meant I never had nausea not sore throat. The hospital discharged me without diagnosis. This is not in my head I dont imagine this.
Nausea and every other thing you have is irrelevant to you having HIV. If you got a heart attack, would you say I never had one before so that proves I have HIV or some other disease that you Googled for Death and became fixated on?
You don't have any medical training and your reasoning that you suspect HIV so you are sure the tests don't work is unscientific, so seek therapy so they can help you understand that is is unrealistic for you to have so much confidence in your theory that you are capable of diagnosing HIV.
Also see your doc about the nausea, because it is a serious problem to let this go untreated. Your approach is difficult to understand since you were off work for a month and have been just self-diagnosing that you have a disease you can't have.
In all your respect the first thing doctors wanted to investigate was HIV. I’m not just some stupid little girl. And you should not be diagnosing me with mental illness. I appreciate your feedback but I don’t think your approve is ok. I’m extremely unwell on different meds that just don’t work, I had a high risk situation and I understand tests are not 100% at this stage? I understand hiv1 because pcr also tested negative not hiv2 was only tested using duo test at 28/33 days.

I hope you are right and I’m absolutely fine but from someone this active and busy to become someone who struggle to drink water I think is not normal
You need to move your thinking well past the point of "the first thing the doctors wanted to investigate was HIV" because that was irrelevant after they tested you negative.
Your problem has nothing to do with HIV as I told you before, so you need to work with your doctor and completely give up self diagnosis of HIV. It is unfortunate that you are so defensive about the anxiety, but you are wasting your life fixating on your self diagnosis theory.
